Relying mostly on sneak attacks for damage.
DEX basedAC is 176 usually, dodge about 38, PRR and MRR are a shameful secret until i can come up with endgame gear setup
wizard level for the improved mage armor and shield and protection from evil
Lots of optimizations are possible perhaps for the leveling up.I’m looking mostly for endgame gear suggestions and filigree setup on the duality handwraps

For when/if you re-lvl the 1 mage lvl is not really worth it imo, ac is pretty irrelevant at that lvl, need prr and dodge, the spells can be replaced with items.
As a h/wraps user I would look at 2 lvls of fighter for feats and then monk and rogue lvls to be able to get the full 2wf line as well as feats for whirlwind attack as is best monk att.Would then look to get Know the Angles enhancement for extra damage/dc based on Int and haste boost from fighter.
Items are fairly simple but you should try doing setup yourself from below:
Helm: Executioners
Armor, Belt and Cloak – Silent Avenger set.
Mists Set x5 (edit: use pinnacle and have keylock for swap in for rogue skills)
If can fit in 2 Oppos Leg GS you can get +18% hp on top of the 25% from epic def fighting, should bring u close to 2k (or 2 items/slavers if can’t get all need).
The last slot for a Slavers filler (reaper).
I believe you can get everything u need from the above.For filigrees if you have action boosts then prowess.
If not you should go Long Shadow 3 and then sets of 2 with melee power +1 abil to give you an extra +5 melee power from a 2 set.You would prob only lose a few sneak attack dice from rogue lvls and enhancements, but Doublestrike, melee power, prr and hp will increase a lot.
