I’d say if legend could just write it in the sign up text that if enough after 12 will form second raid and can just see if it works out.

Yep said it before, if it comes to it that a second group needs forming, that I could lead it and just pug the remaining spots if needed.
Would just be nice if the groups where a little balanced, not 3 healers in one and none in other for example.

Yeah healer in raids high difficulty raids is about survival, know where to stand and move around mrr etc. And sp management.
Communication also very important and knowing who cant die etc, weither it be tank cc or main dps,depending on on raid and part of the raid.
